DARE 31: Create the Wish List
I have to say, I like your analogies Jason. Remembering before my daughter’s wedding, we went to a dance instructor to learn some steps…I struggled. I wish I would have had your insight…I was definitely focusing on the ‘nuts & bolts” vs the connection with my wife…..so I can relate to this.
I also hear the standard vs optional all the time….because our Model is so nice. See for yourself…

I like the Leader comment…we are the Leaders. I saw this definition of a Leader the other day: A Leader is a Person you’d follow to a place you wouldn’t go on your own. How many people do we know that truly falls in that category? Well, we are wanting to take that buyer to a place they may not go on their own. John Parker & I had this discussion today with Jason when that person just won’t make a decision to buy….so I believe that is when we must really focus on Leading them to that decision! Our challenge is to act as a Leader. Be confident, direct, insightful and motivating to get them to the best decision they will ever make…improving their life by owning one of our quality homes!
